Martin Bendík
Martin is one of the co-founders of Wilsons and is based in the Prague office. He has exceptionally strong real estate expertise, particularly in the management and structure of the sale and acquisition of office and retail space, green-field and brown-field development, and logistics and residential investment projects.
Martin is one of the market specialists in cross-border structuring and big-ticket real estate transactions. He has built up considerable experience with environmental and construction issues and regulations, including related administrative procedures, the development of production facilities and offices, and related construction and building issues.
Before co-founding Wilsons, Martin worked for almost 10 years at Linklaters, a leading international law firm.
Martin speaks Czech, English and French.
