Adam Knapek

Adam is Head of Litigations at Wilsons.

He is a highly respected lawyer with extensive experience in representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings. In the latter period, the aforementioned mainly included disputes arising from unfair competition, as well as disputes between corporations, their partners or members and members of their bodies.

 

Adam also represented leading Czech banks in numerous proceedings. Many cases that Adam handled were related to claims derived from the production of the work (including claims from liability for defects and compensation for damages). Adam also regularly represents clients in all phases of insolvency proceedings and in incidental disputes.
