Tomáš is Head of Banking & Finance

Tomáš specializes primarily in debt financing. He has extensive experience advising banks, investors, and borrowers on acquisition, real estate, corporate, and project finance, as well as corporate restructurings.

​

In addition to banking transactions, Tomáš focuses on drafting and negotiating documentation for startup investments, typically structured as convertible loans. He also specializes in the legal aspects of state-aided financing, particularly in the form of subsidized loans and state guarantees.

Tomáš is fluent in Czech and English.
