Juraj is a senior counsel in the real estate department of Wilsons. He has an excellent working knowledge of transaction matters, including both acquisitions and sales of real estate, as well as practical experience with negotiations of commercial leases.
 

In the area of corporate law, Juraj has vast experience in advising on the day-to-day business operations of clients ranging from multinational companies to SMEs and start-ups. He has acquired significant experience in employment matters and legal representation in the administrative
proceedings.

Juraj completed his studies at the Charles University in Prague and the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. He is fluent in Czech, Slovak and English.
