Ondřej is a member of the Wilsons' transaction team. His practice focuses primarily on complex assistance in sales and acquisitions of real estate (or real estate SPVs) as well as post-acquisition setup of companies (e.g. joint ventures).

Ondřej also has extensive litigation experience, where he advises and represents clients in proceedings before the courts as well as before arbitrators and mediators. In his litigation practice, Ondřej focuses primarily on disputes involving damages and corporate disputes.

Ondřej graduated from Charles University in Prague (Mgr.) and Maastricht University in the Netherlands (LL.M.). He is fluent in Czech and English
