Vladimír is an attorney-at-law (2017) focused on banking and financial law and on the provision of comprehensive legal advice in the entire field of business law with a focus on M&A transactions and real estate law including lease portfolio management. Before cooperating with Wilsons, Vladimir was a member of M&A, banking and finance and IP/IT practice groups at leading international and Czech law firms.

Vladimír specialises mainly in the acquisition and development financing of industrial and commercial buildings, as well as residential buildings, and recently also in the acquisition and financing of „Build-to-rent“ apartment projects intended for institutional investors. 

 

In his practice, Vladimír has represented clients from the ranks of banks, developers and investment funds in the financing of real estate projects amounting to tens of billions of Czech crowns.

 

Last but not least, Vladimír also provides comprehensive legal advice regarding complicated cross-border investment structures, crowdfunding, mezzanine financing, innovative insurance services as
well as proceedings before the Czech National Bank.

 

Prior to the Bar admission, Vladimir completed his law degree at Charles University in Prague and obtained a diploma in legal studies at Cardiff University in the UK where he studied primarily corporate and business contracts law.

Vladimir speaks fluent Czech, Slovak and English.
